Spring Singapore (formerly known as Singapore Productivity Standards Board (PSB))
Owl has successfully entered the league of Singapore Quality Class (SQC) in Feb 2002 and is the FIRST SME in the food manufacturing industry that has attained this status.

The SQC scheme aimed is to develop world-class Organizations that are able to achieve sustainable high performance in productivity and quality.

Health Promotion Board : Healthier Choice Label
All the cereal beverage products under Owl and Negresco brand are endorsed by the Health Promotion Board to be Heathier Choice products.

Owl 3-in-1 Instant Nutritious Cereal (Original Flavour and Ginseng Flavour) and Negresco 3-in-1 Instant Nutritious Cereal (Original Flavour) are certified Healthier Choice products since December, 2000. New products such as Owl 2-in-1 Instant Cereal (No Sugar) and Owl 4-in-1 Instant Cereal with Oats qualified as Healthier Choice beverage since 2004 and 2005 respectively.

For state-of-the-art designing, Owl has participated in a national event, organized by Packaging Council of Singapore (PCS) and Singapore Confederation of Industries (SCI).

Qualification criteria entailed primarily: innovation, functionality, user-friendliness, visual appeal, adequacy of information, environmental performance and overall impression.
